There are too many of them. Someone please hid me in your castle.

Make Something 365
Nobody Likes A Show Off
Benefits Of Being Inanimate
Born This Way
Illustrator Aled Lewis’ new project, Make Something 365, showcases his attempt to make something new everyday of the year. I find it admirable and absolutely hilarious. To receive death glares on account of unwelcomed laughter in the libary, I encouraged you to look at the rest of his work here. You can also procrastinate further and read an interview with him on my modern met.

Invictus
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Secret Hideout

hello
Hello little space. Sorry for the absence sometimes life moves just a little too fast and my feet have a tendency to drag. I am trying to put together a box of happiness for a faraway friend, yet I have difficulties with the restraints of 6 cardboard walls. In the meantime I am lusting after the Spring/Summer looks of Margaret Howell's collection — especially that hat...

thxthxthx
I am tired and a bit dejected. And I am experiencing difficulties with becoming motivated this week; however, reading thxthxthx never fails to make me smile, for though this day was a rather depressing Monday, there were some nice small things worth appreciating. For instance I actually made it to the gym and while I may not have throughly enjoyed myself there, the soreness afterword is always a nice reminder of accomplishment. So thanks thxthxthx.
